Return Policy

Electrolites Footwear accepts returns/exchanges for domestic orders on all non-artist pairs of footwear. Artist collaboration pairs of footwear are not eligible for return, but may be eligible for an exchange in size if the requested size is available. 

Eligible item(s) must be returned within 20 days of the item shipped date.

Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment minus a return shipping charge of $10.

All footwear must be returned in the original inbox and may be subject to a restocking fee. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the eligible item(s).

Customer must contact returns@electrolitesfootwear.com to begin processing a return/exchange.
